CH Tenerife Twist of Fate At Ivy Hills  "Cooper"

Cooper is our up and coming star.  He came to us from Tenerife Havanese.  We have very high expectations for him.  He comes from a pedigree with a long line of AKC champions.  In three generations there are only two dogs who haven't finished their championships.  Cooper started his show career with a bang!  The first show we went to at six months of age was in Louisville with a big turnout of Havanese.   He received Reserve Winners Dog .  We then traveled to Virginia for the Blue Ridge Specialty where he received Winners Dog and Best of Winners for a 4 point Major.  The next day he received Winners Dog for two points.  To date he has 12 points toward his Championship with limited showing. 

NEWS FLASH!!!!!  Cooper is now AKC Champion Tenerife Twist Of Fate At Ivy Hills.  He finished on February 9, 2008.  He showed like a dream and went out in a huge way!  It was at the Central Indiana Kennel Club show in Indianapolis.  On that day it was a three point major for both the boys and girls.  Cooper won Winners Dog for the major which finished his Championship.  We then went into the ring for the Best of Breed competition.  There were three very nice specials including one who the day before received a toy group two.  Cooper won Best of Breed over the specials which earned him a five point major.  The judge told me that he was an extremely nice dog and deserved the big win.  Yeah Cooper!!!!!!
