Welcome to my site.  My name is Jennifer Clevenger and I created Ivy Hills Havanese back in 2005.  My husband and I lived on a thoroughbred farm breeding and racing the offspring.  It was a fun hobby with many races won but I wanted to do something for myself.  I started with a wonderful Havanese named Maggie (CH Simcox's Rising Angel).  She was a sweet dog to learn off of.  We finished her championship fairly quickly and started to move on to the next generation but she never produced anything of substantial quality for the showring.  I then had the opportunity to buy an outstanding puppy named Gracie (CH Simcox's Saving Grace).  She not only had the structure but the temperament I was looking for. She is the foundation of my breeding program and her DNA is in every puppy I produce.  I am a member of the Havanese Club of America and I am a breeder of merit through the AKC.
